Below are a before and after photo of a subsidence adjacent to a drain in a commercial carpark in the Perth suburb of Southern River.
The subsidence was excavated, the leakage into the drain was sealed and backfilled with 7mm granite black asphalt/hotmix.
The patch was heavily compacted, edges trimmed and sealed flush with the surrounding surface.
The patch was covered with sand (which prevents scuffing) to allow for immediate traffic use.
