This newly leased commercial property was being prepared for the new tenant's employees to park their cars.
The hydrant was recently installed and the excavation had to be patched.
We excavated excess material, compacted the sub-base, supplied and installed roadbase/gravel/limestone (either could have been used) to form a hardstand surface.
On completion of the basework we applied the bitumen emulsion tack and sealed the excavation with a 7mm granite black hotmix/bitumen/asphalt @ 25mm thickness.
After patching the excavation the whole carpark was re-marked with parking bay lines and directional arrows and made ready for use.
