Maylands - commercial pothole patching

Below are before and after photos of potholes that were patched at a commercial carpark in Maylands.
The potholes were swept clean, tacked with a bitumen emulsion and patched with 7mm granite black hotmix/asphalt - overlapping edges to ensure a good seal.
The life of this carpark has been extended by many years due to yearly patching of the potholes.
