Below are before, during and after photos of pothole patching in the Perth hills suburb of Glen Forrest.
These roads in a National Park are earmarked for resurfacing but in the meantime the roads are made usable and safe by annual pothole patching.
The potholes have been swept clean, tacked with a bitumen emulsion and overfilled with 7mm granite black asphalt/hotmix.
The patches were compacted and rolled with the edges overlapped to ensure a good seal.
