Darlington - red gravelpave strips - repairs

Below are before and after photos of an existing red gravelpave/laterite hotmix/asphalt driveway which has had new walls constructed along the edges of the asphalt surface.

The gaps between the driveway and walls were swept clean, tacked with a bitumen emulsion, filled with 7mm red gravelpave/laterite hotmix/asphalt mix and compacted level with the adjacent surface.

Eventually the new patches will fade and blend in closer to the colour of the older surface.
