This popular restaurant in Nedlands (Perth western suburbs) had a new grease trap installed behind the building. We compacted the sandy sub-base you can see in the photo, installed a 100mm thick roadbase/gravel hardstand ready for the asphalt/bitumen, then added a 25mm thick seal of asphalt/hotmix/bitumen.
