This commercial property had a concrete hardstand area at the rear of the premises that was not level with the bitumen lane way. We saw cut the edge of the lane and formed a ramp out of asphalt / bitumen. The rear of this property is now accessible to all forms of traffic and has a smooth transition from one surface to the next.
