Below are before and after photos of some of the potholes that were patched in a commercial centre carpark and driveways.
The potholes were swept clean, tacked with a bitumen emulsion and patched with 7mm granite black hotmix/asphalt - overlapping edges to ensure a good seal.
This patching will ensure continual safe use by pedestrians and vehicles until the next wet season when more potholes may appear due to the worn and thin surfaces.
